The natural way of growing under glass
4Evergreen’s greenhouses in Steenbergen are bright and modern. The post height is 5.45 metres, and the gutters are located at 5.95 meters. The company decided to use an Aircokas control in one of the four sections. To this end, they have bought a misting system introducing pulsating, 5 micron-sized droplets into the room, and dispensing 0.28 litres per hour per metre. A double nozzle is installed around the 32 m2.

Different sensors were also placed in the greenhouse, i.e. an infrared temperature camera, an aspirator with electronic CO2 sensor, and a PAR light meter. The Aircomatic software package has been installed on the Economic, and there is an LS 10 Ultra Plus screen in the greenhouse.
